What is Funded account
A firm-capital account you move to after passing the evaluation: profit is shared by the split, and breaking any of the limits closes that account for good.
How it works
Example
A $50,000 funded account, 8% overall limit and 4% daily. Overall: 50,000 × 0.08 = $4,000, so the floor is $46,000. Daily: 50,000 × 0.04 = $2,000 of loss in a day.
Common mistake
Treating a funded account as your own deposit: it is the firm's capital, the rules are the same as in the evaluation, and a breach closes the account.
