How crypto billing for Trading OS works, and why there are no refunds.
Updated: September 27, 2026
How access is paid for
Paid access is billed in crypto through NOWPayments. The invoice is priced in dollars, the transfer itself is USDT, USDC, or ETH on the network you pick.
Payment grants access for a fixed term — 30 or 365 days. It's a one-time payment for the period, not a subscription with charges: no card is ever stored, there's no auto-renewal, and nothing to cancel.
The transfer is confirmed by the network, not instantly. From a minute to a few dozen minutes is normal; the payment page shows the live status and the amount that has already arrived.
Renewing before the term ends adds days to the current term — the remainder doesn't burn. We remind about the end of the term 7, 3, and 1 day before, and on the day itself.
After the paid term ends, access stays open for 3 more days (a grace period for the transfer and network confirmations). Renewing during those days is counted from the end of the paid term, without a gap. After the grace period the account moves to Free — no data is deleted.
Switching plans doesn't burn what's paid: the remainder of the current plan is converted into days of the new plan at its daily price and added to the new term.
What matters before you send the transfer
A blockchain transfer is irreversible by nature: neither we nor the payment provider can cancel it. Double-check the amount, network, and address before sending.
Sending on a different network or a different coin than the one shown on the payment page isn't credited automatically — that transfer is reviewed manually on request.
If less than the invoice amount arrives, the payment page shows how much more to send to the same address on the same network; the invoice closes on its own once the network confirms the top-up.
If more than the invoice amount arrives, the surplus is credited as extra days of access beyond the paid period, at the daily price.
The rate on the payment page holds for a limited time. If it expired, it's safer to issue a new invoice than to send against the old one.
Refunds
Refunds are not issued. Access to a paid plan opens right after payment is confirmed; before paying, you confirm consent to immediate access and give up the 14-day right of withdrawal (Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU, Article 103(m) of TRLGDCU) — via a separate checkbox at checkout, unchecked by default.
Crypto payment is irreversible: a blockchain transfer can't be reversed by us or by the payment provider, so sending it back the way an ordinary card payment can be is physically not possible.
You can try before paying, for free: a new account gets 14 days of Pro at no cost, no card, no obligation.
We don't refund money for market losses, because Trading OS doesn't manage trades and doesn't promise a profit.
Exception: if payment went through but access failed to open due to our own error, we'll open access manually; if that's not possible, we'll refund the payment. Contact support with the payment number and the transfer hash.
How to reach us
