Privacy

To help review the process, Trading OS may work with trade records, chart screenshots, notes, rules, and profile settings.

Don't upload documents, passwords, seed phrases, private keys, banking details, or other people's private materials to the platform.

A chart screenshot may contain prices, ticker, markup, balance, or personal notes. Before uploading, remove anything you don't want to show the service or other people.

If AI review is enabled, part of the content may be sent to an external AI provider for analysis. Keep this in mind before uploading sensitive materials.

You can delete local materials yourself at any time — "Clear data on this device" in settings. Journal export (JSON) is available in the same place. Account deletion is available in settings: trades, connections, and profile are deleted irreversibly; payment records (number, amount, transfer hash) are kept without being tied to you — they're needed if a payment ever needs to be looked into (for example, if access failed to open due to our error).

Before the public launch, we don't consider Trading OS a place to store the only copy of important trading records.

We may collect technical error reports about the app (stack trace, device type) to fix breakages. Journal content — trades, screenshots, notes, email — doesn't go into these reports: request data is stripped before sending.

We collect product analytics: which screens are opened and which actions are used — to understand where the product is unclear. These are anonymized events (screen, action, device type), without journal content: trades, screenshots, notes, and email don't go into analytics.

Analytics is handled by PostHog. Requests go through our own domain, so no third-party domains are involved in the browser. There are no advertising pixels or trackers that follow you on other sites in the product — and there won't be.
