What is Overtrading
More trades than your model produces: entries out of boredom, excitement or "to get it back". Fees and mistakes grow faster than results.
How it works
Example
The model produces 3–4 setups a week, yet the journal holds 25 trades: 20 of them off-setup. Their total shows up as a separate line in Stats.
Common mistake
Treating overtrading with willpower instead of a daily trade limit.
