What is Instant funding
A prop model that hands you a funded account right away for a fee, with no evaluation phase; limits and split can end up tighter than after an evaluation.
How it works
Example
A $10,000 account, a $250 fee, a 4% overall limit: 10,000 × 0.04 = $400. You paid $250 for a $400 room for error, and the fee is not refunded on a breach.
Common mistake
Comparing the price with an evaluation challenge without comparing limits: a thin room eats the advantage of skipping the evaluation.
