What is Retest
Price returns to a broken level and bounces off it. Former resistance becomes support — and offers an entry with a nearby stop.
How it works
ETH 1h: 12 hours after the breakout price touched the level from above and moved up.
Example
Breakout at 00:00, retest at 12:00: a low of 1 837 — $1.03 under the 1 838 level, then a close above. Then a run to 1 919.
Common mistake
Waiting for a to-the-cent touch: a retest is a zone, not a point.
